If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately to arrange returns, you may return the item within 3 days of delivery for store credits. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it for wrong size items.

3. Refund & Store Credits Process
Please note that we will only pay store credits. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit to your store account within 3-5 business days.
